But I thought you'd like to see some pics of our week away and all the fun we had. Because we did so many things and I have lots of pictures to show, I decided against writing the world's longest post and decided to do it in parts.
First we traveled to Glidden, IA to spend some time the Georgia's nana and papa. She loves them so much and they always spoil us when we visit. We did a little shopping, ate at a new restaurant in town, and let Nana babysit while Andy and I went to a late show. I wonder who had more fun? :)
Georgia also had her first experience in a hot-tub. We had the temperature turned down, but I was more worried about how she would respond to the jets. We had them off, but while we were all chatting, Georgia turned them on herself! Nana and I were more jumpy than Georgia was! She really enjoyed playing with all the rubber duckies.

Another highlight was playing with Nana's dollhouse. It had everything from little people and beds, right down to lamps and dishes. What little girl doesn't love a dollhouse?

We also went over to visit Georgia's great-great aunt, Anna. She kept saying, "She's just so cute!" I really never get tired of hearing that. :)
It was hard for us to leave after having received the royal treatment, but we had other places to go. We can't wait for another trip to Glidden!
Looks like you had a great time!
ReplyDeleteFun! And she just looks too cute in the hot tub with the hair bow that matches the swimsuit :)
ReplyDeleteJust so you know, that was an accident! She already had that bow on before I put her in her swimsuit. It was too cute to take out. :)
